Bright Futures - Great results for Camden's GCSE students
By bluejellyfish | Saturday, August 27, 2011, 18:06
The long wait was over for Camden's GCSE students this week as the much anticipated wait for their results were over. Many students endured the drab weather to find out how they had fared in the most important exams they had ever done.
Camden's pupils must have been getting there heads down over the last few months as their results have shown a huge improvement over previous year. 59% of our brainy teenagers shined in getting five or more A* to C grades including Maths and English which is likely to be above the national average and an impressive increase from 53% last year.
Extra Congratulations are also in order for Camden Town's North Bridge House Senior School where 94% of pupils attained five A* to C grades including Maths and English – the best result in the whole borough.
