It's party season and that means one thing in our books- party cocktails in Camden's great bars! There are many places to go this time of year, but here are out five favourite venues for sipping a cocktail in.

Shaka Zulu

Shaka Zulu is a great party place and the cocktails match the venue, being slick and stylish with a twist of lime. Enjoy their elaborate menu and the pretty servers who give them to you and prepare yourself for a good night.

Fifty Five

This is the place to go in Camden of you want barman with attitude and amazing juggling skills. They'll deftly throw bottles into the air, set them on fire and wink at the same time, and the cocktails are super tasty. We recommend the mojitos here- they are really delicious and the mint is super fresh.

Wetherspoons- The Ice Wharf

This might not be the most glamorous of pubs (OK, it's the opposite) but the prices are soc heap you have to give it some leeway. For around £5 you can get a pitcher of something tasty and then you can start the night with a smile on your face.

Sen Nin

A Japanese restaurant is not the most obvious place for cool cocktails but Sen Nin does a great variety of various Sake options here- as well as tasty food with friendly chefs. The green Sake cocktail may be a little scary, but there are many other options, so you're sure to find a great beverage to sip on.

The Grand Union Camden

This place can get unseasonably hot some evenings, but the lovely venue illustrates why, with comfy couches, retro wall hanging and strange ornamental lampshades dotted around. The cocktail menu is small but satisfying and they have tables where you can sit outside (if it's not raining). Great for small groups to catch up on life and enjoy watching passersby through the floor to ceiling windows.
