January tends to universal get fit month round the world, but often all gym bunnies desert after two weeks. Stay on track and keep motivated by creating a workout programme that you want to stick too. We're offering you a quick look at the gyms on offer in Camden so you can decide what place would suit you best.

Soho Gym

This is a great place if you're looking for cool new classes and one on one personal training, and I love the location, bang on the tube and with large airy windows. It has a great weights area, but this tends to be filled with protein shake swiggers, so make sure that it's right for you.

Anytime Fitness

A brand new gym, everything here is very shiny and I love the 24/7 aspect of it, as you have 24 hour access to this gym which is a first for Camden Town. I haven't personally been here yet, but love the look of the place from the pictures, so would suggest it to people who are time poor and find the gym always closing when they want to go. Watch this space for a full review of the services.

Outdoor Gyms in Camden

There are two benefits to using the outdoor gyms that are ion the Camden area- they're free and they get you outside. That might be scary in cold January but fresh air helps wake you up and it's more fun working out when your surroundings change.

Read more info on them here.

Fitness First

This gym is nice and airy and they offer a fun range of studio classes. I also love that they offer free soft drinks, newspapers and DVD rental, with an incentive fine if you don't return the next day- which should motivate you to keep coming back to the gym.

I think I'll be trying out the 24/7 gym- looks ideal for me.
