Taking its name from a dance school that occupied the building in the late 1930s, Farr’s School of Dancing is a lavish 3-storey public house located in the heart of Dalston. Opening first with a spacious ground floor bar and lounging area, Farr’s 1st floor kitchen and dining area, and impressive speakeasy basement bar will shortly follow suit.

Heavily driven by locally brewed and sourced beverages, Farr’s strives to offer a superb selection of craft beer and real ale that will continually keep you on your toes. Boasting high ceilings, wooden floors and vintage chic décor makes Farr’s a charming food and drink destination for any social occasion.

Throughout its opening weekend, Farr’s will be hosting an eclectic assortment of live music and entertainment. Opening night will see all-singing and all-dancing girl group My Favourite Things take to the stage with a vintage showgirl performance, followed by Leeds based electro swing DJ duo Jenova Collective. In conjunction with neighbouring Dalston Square’s Christmas Market, on Sunday 1st December the nostalgic sounds of Shellac Collective’s Tip Top Tony Tunes’ Charleston jazz, 50’s rock n’ roll and RnB collection will certainly arouse the Christmas spirit in you.
