Keep Fit in Camden 2012

New Year is here so it's time to get started on those resolutions. One of them is sure to be keeping fit, so here are the best ways for you to do it.

Start swimming

Kentish Town Baths have a beautiful pool are and with three pools to choose from there is something for every skill area. Whether you like ploughing lanes or aqua aerobics this is a great low impact exercises that is good for your body and soul.

Try some community dance

Dance classes help with rhythm and turn working-out into a fun social activity. Camden is offering low cost dance lessons for the residents which are open to people 18+ and cost £1.40- amazing! You need to buy tickets at a local Camden library. Here's what they offer.

•    Monday 10.15 - 11.15am

Running round Regents Park

We have a great free resource on our doorstep so make the most of the park and get your trainers on. Use an app like RunKeeper or MapMyRun if you need some extra motivation. 

Free Outdoor Gyms

Camden is home to a few outdoor gyms and though the weather is grey the equipment was bright and you can enjoy the fact that they won't be crowded (unlike all indoor gyms at the moment). Check them out here,
