Fix My Transport site will help Camden Town transport woes

TFL tries its best but they have so much to do that they often fail. You often feel like you have no voice when you're upset that your bus is late or that a driver blatantly passed you by- well Fix My Transport is the website for you. They cover the whole of the UK and it's super simple to use- a very smart idea.

Camden residents need only enter 'Camden' into the search area and then they will get a map that shares all local bus, bike and train routes and you can click on the relevant one to file your report. All reports get sent onto Transport for London, the idea being you're crowd sourcing complaints and this will mean they actually get addressed- from pothole to bad service.

Here is an example of what someone filed (all complaints are public, but you do not need your name on them!)

'at approx. 5.10pm bus no. 136 did not stop at where I was waiting which was between wildfellroad and bradgate road london se6 heading towards lewisham. bus reg. no starts with LX but i could not get the rest of it as i twas travelling to fast. i waved my hand for it to stop. but the driver just glanced over to to me as he sped past me.'
