Free Sporting fun at Kentish Town Sports Centre

I'm a big fan of Kentish Town Sports Centre- the reconditioned building looks amazing and the pools are fantastic. People looking to try something new are actually going to get the chance to sample activities at the centre for free as on 22 October 2011 they are opening their doors to the public.

The day is called Give it a Go and you can try your hand at swimming and aerobic classes- as well as some unusual activities such as Aerobike tasting sessions and water zorbing. The very idea of water zorbing means I'm definitely there- and there are Wii competitions for the more tech minded.
