I am writing to you to highlight the pending planning application 2011/0526/P that has been submitted for 8 Pilgrim’s lane. I will be objecting to this application. The highlighted link takes you to a slideshow detailing my objections.



This application already drew well over 50 objections when it was previously submitted. It was withdrawn to allow for a full hydrology survey to be performed and has now been resubmitted (with only minor changes). Moreover, this survey has found evidence of the presence of significant amounts of groundwater and the potential for flooding during the construction.



In light of the strength of these findings and the risk of damage to adjoining properties I would urge you to review the application and recommend that this application is rejected.
