Elena Theodorou, Founder and Director of Passion Meets Profits Lifestyle Coaching, engineered her own exit from a 15-year investment banking career in November 2009. She served as Global Head of FX eCommerce Sales for JPMorgan and was responsible for growing and managing the Global FX eCommerce Sales and Marketing for the business for eight years. By utilising her skills and knowledge of big bank strategies and her broad network she has created a company providing cutting edge training, coaching and consulting solutions. Whether business or personal, they are designed to move you from dreaming of your ideal life into actually living it – Quickly, Easily and Powerfully.

Some of Elena’s achievements include growing the client base from a handful of clients to thousands of clients. She has won a selection of client service and product awards consistently year on year, and grew the electronic trading business and JPMorgan eCommerce Brand to an exceptional level.

Elena began her professional working life at State Street Investment Bank in 1996, where she began as a data input clerk. She quickly advanced in her career by implementing strategies that ensured she always worked “Smarter” not harder. Her roles included working in confirmations (confirming the FX transactions clients dealt with the FX Sales), FX Sales, FX eCommerce Sales and client account management. Elena left State Street when she was sourced for JPMorgan.

Elena is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a trained Mentor/Coach, who has a Psychology Bsc, and extensive experience in personal growth and development. Elena has developed a number of expert strategies over the last 15 years that have enabled her to live her life by her design.

Lavinia Osbourne is an entrepreneur who began the inception of Butterfly Wealth Creation a year ago, as well as her financial literacy blog - Becoming Financially Savvy. She is also a speaker and business and financial literacy consultant.

She has a number of years experience in finance, marketing and senior administration; and has worked for numerous corporate conglomerates such as Citibank Intl, The London Stock Exchange and Ernst & Young.

She speaks several languages, including Spanish and some French and Albanain. She loves to network and has a passion for helping and empowering individuals to not only fulfil their highest potential but create wealth, preserve it and prosper!

Her forte is gold, network marketing, branding and online marketing, and building a home based business on a budget. She loves to read, travel, ski and write; and is a dedicated student of personal development.
