An ancient way to a new fitter you!
Lishi Tai Chi Beginners classes are an excellent way to get fit, and boost your energy levels. In each class you will do Tai Chi forms, Chinese Yoga, Soft Kung Fu, whole body breathing and learn to relax and perform under pressure. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Classes are every Thursday 7-8.30pm
Cost is £5
