Lovely Food Friendly Family

This place was a little treasure to find. Unassuming, down a quieter side road from Camden station, we stopped in by chance. It is run by an old Greek couple who were very friendly and welcoming. They brought a massive plate of delicious olives with the menu, which is always a good start. The selection of starters was lovely, and the homemade humous simply the best I've ever tasted. Grilled halloumi cheese was great, creamy and flavourful without being too salty or greasy. Their octopus — so often awful — was very tender and tasty. Maybe a bit too much herbs and mint in the filo pastry, but delicious all round. The main courses are very reasonable in price and traditionally cooked with delicate flavours. We shared a lovely chicken main with the starters, and were fully full by the flavours and varied tastes of meal.Definitely a place I would recommend and visit again to try other things on the menu, and this time save some room for their great looking desserts.
