Chiccos is a nice place to go if you fancy something cheap cheerful and filling. It's far from fine dining, but the service is friendly and quick and they do some really good meal deals, especially at lunch time. The prices are among the cheapest you'll find for a sit down meal in camden and the menu is made up of all the standard stuff. The chef was lovely when we went, as I ordered prawn cocktail (I was feeling retro!) and he came out and apologised, explaining that his avocado didn't seem ripe enough and he didn't want to serve it to me. Absolutely charming guy, as was the waitress. The wine was dirt cheap too. A nice pit stop for anyone wanting to get out of the cold without breaking the bank.
