Waterstone's works its wonders in Camden
Chain bookshops are often accused of lacking soul and being too commercial, but Waterstone's bucks this trend. The store is full of a mix of latest novels and books on travel and psychology and the in store reviews are always worth a read. They helpfully list their own personal favourites and the layout of the store means you can browse at your leisure, with no pushy sale staff.
